Details you send in an inquiry

If you use the inquiry form, we receive what you type into it. Your email address and the request type are always required, and a message is required unless you choose a specific model. The other fields, such as name, company, phone, country, model and quantity, are optional.

• The form also sends the site language and the page you sent it from.
• If you arrived through a campaign link or from another website, it also includes your landing page, the campaign labels in the link (source, medium, campaign) and the domain of the referring site. This context is kept only in your browser session storage, is removed when you close the tab, and reaches us only if you submit the form.

Submitted inquiries are processed by our Cloudflare Worker and sent to sales@tm1990.com. We use the details you submit only to reply to your inquiry. If you write to us by email, WhatsApp or phone instead, we receive what you send through that channel, and the channel provider’s own terms apply.

Analytics with Google Analytics

When analytics is on, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used, so we can see which pages and models people look at. The Google script is loaded from googletagmanager.com only after analytics is allowed, as described below. It measures:

• Page views, with the page address without query parameters, the domain of the referring site and any campaign labels in the link.
• Inquiry-related actions: clicks on WhatsApp, email, phone, quote and sample buttons, clicks on document downloads, and whether an inquiry form was started, sent or failed. Each action carries the site language and, where there is one, the product model on the page, the request type and the button location, as well as a general failure reason if a form fails. The contact details and message you type into the form, and the phone number or email address you click, are never sent to analytics.
• Technical details that Google collects automatically, such as browser, device type and an approximate location derived from your IP address.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (for example _ga) to tell visits apart. The analytics tag on this site is configured with Google signals and ad personalisation signals turned off, and this website does not use advertising cookies. Google may process this data in countries other than your own, and Google’s own privacy policy applies to how it handles the data.

When analytics runs

• If you have saved a choice in this browser, we follow it.
• If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal and you have not accepted analytics, it stays off.
• In the EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and French overseas territories, and whenever we cannot tell where you are, analytics stays off until you click Accept.
• In other places, analytics starts by default. You can turn it off at any time below or with Analytics settings in the footer.

To decide this, your browser asks our own website, which is served through Cloudflare, which country the request comes from. The result is used only for that decision and is not saved in your browser.

What is stored in your browser

• Your analytics choice: one value (granted or denied) in local storage under the name tm1990_consent_v1. It stays until you clear this site’s data.
• Inquiry context: a short record in session storage (landing page, campaign labels, referring domain), removed when you close the tab and attached to an inquiry only if you submit the form.
• Google Analytics cookies, only while analytics is on.

If you turn analytics off during a visit, this website stops sending measurements right away. Cookies that Google Analytics has already set stay in your browser until they expire or you delete them in your browser settings.

Hosting and other services

This website is served through Cloudflare, which processes the technical requests needed to deliver pages, including your IP address. Cloudflare also processes inquiry form submissions and sends them to sales@tm1990.com. WhatsApp and email links open those services outside this website, and their own terms apply there.

Inquiries are received and handled by our team in China, and Google and Cloudflare may process data in other countries as well. If you write to us, your details may therefore be transferred outside the country where you live.

Your choices and rights

You can turn analytics on or off at any time in the Analytics choice section on this page or with Analytics settings in the footer. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it before analytics starts.

You can also write to us to ask what details of yours we hold from an inquiry, to correct them or to have them deleted. We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your request. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
