TMR-04A Isolated-Ground TM Probe with Green/Red LED
The TMR-04 with a green/red LED — isolated ground and a two-colour answer at the contact.
Two independent LED colours behind the same contact ring, so the probe can say more than "I read something". Green for accepted, red for refused — the user knows immediately whether to walk through or find the office, and the guard stops being asked. The copper contacts sit inside a moulded ABS capsule, so the key ground stays isolated from the panel and the ground loops that plague metal-bodied probes in steel doors and machine enclosures simply do not form. A five-wire tail on a JST-style connector carries DATA, GND, GREEN+ and RED+ — plug it in, drive each colour from a spare controller output.
Two colours, isolated ground — the answer and the fix in one part
Single-colour probes can only tell the user that something happened; this one tells them what happened. Green and red are separately wired, so your controller can distinguish accepted from refused, armed from disarmed, or in-hours from out-of-hours — the information that stops people re-presenting a key that was never going to work and calling it a fault. Underneath, it keeps the property that defines the TMR-04 family: the ABS capsule isolates the key ground from the mounting surface, so it can be screwed into a steel entrance plate, an aluminium kiosk or a vehicle panel without creating the second ground path that causes intermittent, unreproducible read failures.
