TMR-07A Solder-In PCB Probe (2-pin, threaded)
TM receptor that solders straight onto the PCB — with a thread and nut for panel fastening.
For device makers who mount the receptor on their own board: two solder pins carry data and ground straight into the PCB — no cable, no connector, no assembly step. The chrome-plated solid copper body threads through the front panel and clamps with the supplied hex nut, so key presses are designed to be taken by the metal and the enclosure rather than by the solder joints. Compared with a wired probe there is no cable to pull loose or route, and the front face can stay flush and serviceable. Consider the plain-pin TMR-07 for light-duty boards, or the threaded TMR-07A wherever the face takes real wear. May also be supplied as a finished pair with nuts fitted for panel-mount use (confirmed in the quote).
